If you are a current tenant in one of our properties and are in need of service or a repair to your property, please go to your Tenant Portal (https://pspm.twa.rentmanager.com/) to submit a Service Request. We will process your request and respond as soon as possible. If your repair or request is an emergency, during business hours Monday - Friday please call Jason Taylor at (843) 352-9476. After business hours or on weekends please call (800) 784-5163 and dial extension 500 and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Please remember that according to your Residential Rental Agreement you are responsible for the routine maintenance of your residence. This includes things like changing HVAC filters, reporting any water leaks, dealing with any clogs or routine plumbing problems, changing smoke detector batteries, keeping the unit clean, keeping the yard up, etc.
Please refer to Section 12 of your Residential Rental Agreement for details. We are glad to refer you to any of our Preferred Vendors for any of your maintenance needs. We can also help you decide what repairs are your responsibility or that of the property owner.
