Initial Set-up

  • Set-up of All Contract Files, Management/Property Documentation, Account & Owner Portal Set-Up, etc.

  • Property Visit Including Inspection, Digital Photography, Sign Placement, Lockbox Placement

  • Creation of Property Listing for MLS

  • Syndication of listing through Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and dozens of other web platforms

  • Social media campaign creation including Facebook, Instagram, newsletters, etc.

  • Featured listing on This Website ( example )

  • Online Placement to Bulletin Boards such as AHRN.com and the MUSC Student Bulletin Board (as needed)

Service Fees

  • Monthly Occupied Property Management Fee

    Unfurnished Rentals - 10% of monthly rent

    ; Furnished Rentals - 15% of monthly rent

  • Tenant Placement Fee - 30% of the First Month’s Rent (compare to others charging 40 - 60%!)

    *This includes the agent commission which can be paid to any MLS agent who places a tenant in your property

  • Management Renewal Fee - $150.00 yr
