Sullivan's Island

Sullivan's Island Property Management

Just over the intercoastal waterway from Mount Pleasant rests the Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island. The islands are separated by Breach Inlet, and because of their close proximity to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island attract locals as well as the vacation crowd throughout the warm months. Both islands offer miles of white, sandy beaches and plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, outdoor events, and water sports, including fishing, sailing, surfing, swimming, boating, jet skiing, and windsurfing. Sullivan’s Island also boasts the picturesque Sullivan’s Island lighthouse and Fort Moultrie, built during the Revolutionary War.

What’s particularly unique about the islands is they are both very residential, with few inns. No large hotel chains exist, and most vacationers rent houses, condos, or villas through property owners or property rental agencies. Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island property ranges from large beachfront estates to condos on the intercoastal to single family houses. On the north end of Isle of Palms is Wild Dunes (page content for this link below) , a large, private, gated resort community offering world-class tennis, golf, and swimming facilities.
